Shipping Rates & Free Courier Policy

- Orders ₹2,999 and above: Complimentary FREE Insured Shipping Pan-India. The cost of fragile cargo packaging and insurance is fully absorbed by ArthArt.
- Orders below ₹2,999: A nominal flat shipping and fragile packaging fee of ₹149 is applied at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Surcharge: For COD orders, a standard logistics verification fee of ₹99 applies to cover reverse cash remittance fees charged by couriers. Pre-paid orders (UPI, Cards, Netbanking) incur zero payment surcharges.

We keep you informed at every milestone of your artwork's journey:

100% Transit Insurance & Damage Protection
Every parcel that departs our workshop is fully insured by ArthArt at no extra charge to the customer. You will never bear financial risk for carrier mishandling or road accidents during shipment.
If your parcel arrives with visible severe box crushing or punctures, we request taking a short photo or video before unboxing. Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for instant replacement processing.
Address Changes & Non-Delivery Scenarios
Address Corrections: If you entered an incorrect address or pin code, notify us within 12 hours of placing your order by messaging our WhatsApp support (+91 84608 84864). Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, rerouting may incur an additional carrier redirection fee or transit delay.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partners make up to 3 delivery attempts and will contact you via phone or SMS. If a package is marked Return to Origin (RTO) due to incorrect customer details or repeated refusal, re-dispatch will be arranged upon confirmation of an updated address (nominal re-shipping fee may apply).
International Shipments
Currently, our website automated checkout handles pan-India shipments. We regularly fulfill bespoke international orders (USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Canada, Australia) via DHL Express and FedEx International.
