These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you ("Collector", "User", or "Customer") and ArthArt ("we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of arthart.com, including all associated web tools, checkout modules, and art consulting services.

By accessing the website or completing an acquisition, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have obtained parent/guardian consent), possess legal competence to enter into binding agreements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and agree unconditionally to abide by these Terms.

ArthArt specializes in contemporary Indian art, sacred heritage collections, minimalist architectural aesthetics, and custom photo framing. All pieces are handcrafted to order in our artisan workshop using:

• Optical-Grade Frame Acrylic: Shatter-resistant, crystal-clarity acrylic sheets engineered to shield fine art pigments while eliminating the excessive weight and fragile hazards of standard window glass.
• Layered UV Printing: Direct-to-substrate curing using multi-pass ultraviolet technology, creating rich physical ink relief, tactile highlights, and long-lasting ultraviolet light resistance.
• Hand-Finished Profiles: Precision-mitered mouldings (including Antique Gold, Warm Oak, Matte Black, and Sleek White finishes) fitted with reinforced structural backings and pre-installed heavy-duty hanging hardware.

Because our frames involve skilled manual assembly and hand-finishing, slight microscopic variations in frame seams and natural wood grain markings are inherent markers of artisanal craftsmanship.

We take extraordinary care in capturing and calibrating digital representations of our catalogue pieces under studio-grade 5500K balanced daylight lighting.

Currency & Taxes: All pricing displayed on ArthArt is denominated in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and is inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly indicated otherwise at checkout.

Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to revise product prices, custom studio fees, and promotional discounts at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already received confirmed order confirmation emails.

Authorized Payment Channels: Payments may be executed via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking across 50+ Indian banks, or Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes.

All original artwork designs, Pichwai adaptations, contemporary typographies, digital illustrations, brand emblems (including the sacred Sanskrit root अर्थ [Arth]), website layouts, UI components, texts, graphics, logos, and promotional assets hosted on arthart.com are the exclusive intellectual property of ArthArt or used under license.

• No Reproduction: Purchasing a frame confers the right to possess and display the physical artwork. You may not reproduce, scan, digitally distribute, mint as NFTs, license, or commercially re-sell any ArthArt designs without express written permission.
• Trademarks: The name "ArthArt", the tagline "Every Frame Holds Meaning", and associated aesthetic logos are proprietary marks of our studio.

When using our Custom Art Studio to frame photographs or digital files, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author and copyright owner of the uploaded file, or possess unambiguous written authorization from the copyright holder to reproduce the image for personal display.
• The uploaded content does not infringe upon any third-party trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• The uploaded file does not contain unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or hate-promoting media.

ArthArt reserves the unrestricted right to reject and refund any custom print order containing material that violates our content policies or applicable Indian penal provisions.

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. ArthArt reserves the right at any time post-receipt to accept, decline, or limit your order quantity for reasons including:

• Unforeseen material stock unavailability or raw moulding quality rejection during workshop inspection.
• Inability of logistics networks to service your destination pin code safely.
• Discovered typographical pricing errors or clerical inaccuracies on product listings.
• Suspected payment fraud, stolen card flags, or duplicate automated checkout activity.

If your order is cancelled by ArthArt after payment has been collected, a 100% full refund will be returned to your original payment source immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ArthArt, its directors, artisans, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, delay in delivery by external couriers, or improper wall installation.

In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability arising out of or related to any purchase is strictly capped at the total monetary purchase price paid by you for the specific artwork that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any unresolved legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
